Ежедневно в Россию приезжают тысячи иностранных граждан. Кто-то едет в гости, кто-то — посмотреть достопримечательности российских городов, кто-то едет в Россию учиться или поправить здоровье.
Работа в России привлекает многих граждан СНГ и ЕАЭС. Россия — огромная страна, в которой можно найти работу по любой специальности и в любой отрасли. Вместе с тем, в России возможно найти хорошую и высокооплачиваемую работу только при легальном трудоустройстве.
У граждан СНГ для работы в Москве или любом другом городе России должен быть оформлен патент, который надо регулярно и правильно оплачивать, действующий полис ДМС и действующая регистрация по месту пребывания.
Гражданам ЕАЭС (это Армения, Белоруссия, Казахстан и Киргизия) патент для легальной работы в России не нужен. Но обязательно нужно заключить с работодателем договор, иметь действующий полис ДМС или ОМС и действующую регистрацию).
Портал Migranto.ru публикует вакансии российских работодателей, которые готовы рассмотреть в качестве будущих работников — иностранных граждан. Предоставить им работу, иногда — проживание и даже помощь в оплате патента.
Важно помнить, что для легальной работы в России и оформления патента, у иностранного гражданина должна быть миграционная карта, в которой указана цель визита — «работа».
Также официально устроиться на работу могут иностранные студенты дневной очной или очно-заочной формы обучения, у которых в миграционной карте отмечена цель визита «учеба». Чтобы иностранный студент мог найти работу и заключить трудовой договор, он должен оформить специальное студенческое разрешение на работу. Без разрешения на работу иностранные студенты могут работать только на территории своего учебного заведения или устроиться на временную работу в дни каникул.
Гражданам ЕАЭС найти работу в России намного проще, чем гражданам Азербайджана, Молдовы, Узбекистана и Таджикистана. Дело в том, что иностранные граждане, оформившие патент, имеют право работать только в том субъекте Российской Федерации, который у них указан на патенте. А у граждан ЕАЭС ограничений по территориальному признаку нет.
Также, оформляя патент на работу, граждане СНГ должны помнить, что если на патенте указана специальность, то работать они имеют право только по ней. Если получилось найти другую работу, то перед заключением договора с работодателем, надо внести исправление в патент и указать в нем новую специальность.
Возможности по легальному трудоустройству для иностранных граждан в России пока ограничены. Не так много работных сайтов публикует предложения с вакансиями для трудовых мигрантов. К тому же сами иностранные граждане традиционно предпочитают пользоваться теми ресурсами, которые могут говорить с ними на одном языке.
У граждан Кыргызстана это доски объявлений Бирге, Жердеш, Жумуш, Мекендеш. Граждане Узбекистана пишут в поисковиках запросы «иш бор», «мехнат», «uchun ishlash muhojirlar», «муходжилар». Таджикистанцы пишут «коргарон лозим», «ҷойҳои корӣ барои муҳоҷирон».
